Reservations may be made online, by e-mail, phone, or in person. A reservation is regarded as binding once it has been confirmed by both parties.Credit cards are needed to secure a reservation.

A deposit fee equal to 50% of the total charge must be paid during check-in. This charge will (of course) be deducted from your final bill. The remaining balance of your total amount must be paid a day prior to your check-out. Note that Riverside Guest House may require a deposit prior to your arrival date for any long-term stay or other types of reservations. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit and booking fee are non-refundable. The cancellation policy on this site is 48 hours (unless otherwise agreed). This means you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a no-show or late cancellation charge. The no-show or late cancellation charge is the total of the first night's accommodation cost and will be charged to your credit card if you do not notify usin time.

Payment Method:

We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex), cash, wire transfers, and travelers’ checks in US dollars, GB pounds, and EU euros. Riverside reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards a week prior to arrival. Any pre-authorization will be done in the currency from where the card is registered and this cannot be altered on arrival.
